IP Addresses and Server Logs
Our web service stores access logs in the standard formats which include IP addresses. This information may mostly be used for security purposes, when we suspect malicious behaviour on our web server.

To use our products, you will be asked some information about you and your company (name, contact email, company name…). We store information about your licenses, either in our servers for Crowd plugins and products like JessBI or Neo4J Manager, or on Atlassian Marketplace for other products.
We collect information to process your order, manage your account, and, if you agree, to contact you for your views on our products and services and to notify you occasionally about important changes or developments to the site or our products and services.

your email and the list of server used to deliver your email to us
your email and name if you use our support platform.
Quotes, Invoices, Payments
For a quote, an invoice or a payment, we receive information and are required by law to keep this information for a few years, otherwise we risk legal actions against our company.

You have certain rights under the GPDR, for instance, you can ask to be told what information we hold about you in our databases. We will provide you with all of the details that we hold about you, both online and offline, upon request.

Atlassian apps (plugins) Data Security
Unless stated otherwise for specific plugins, the data that Ovyka apps (plugins) store only resides on your server / datacenter instances (Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian solutions).
Atlassian apps (plugins) Privacy
Ovyka does not have access to the logs and database-stored data. Ovyka does not track any activities of the users on your server. Our customer support only asks for logs or partial data from our customers if they need to troubleshoot any problems related to the app.
